Special conditions are available for weekly, mid-term, and extended stays.
Different lengths of stay may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay, to be paid by bank transfer within 3 working days from the confirmation of availability.
If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the request cannot be considered valid.
House Rules
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and to preserve the balance of the house and its surroundings, we kindly ask you to read the following rules, which are also available in the house.
Guests’ personal data are processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 exclusively for legal obligations related to the stay and registration with the relevant authorities.
Use of the house
The house may be occupied exclusively by guests registered at check-in.
Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted.

Guests may invite external visitors for short visits or dinners, provided that quiet hours are respected and the number of people remains reasonable.
Parties, events, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.

Respect for the house
Smoking inside the property is not permitted.
Lighting fires, fireplaces, or braziers is not allowed, even if present.
Guests are kindly asked to treat furniture, objects, and all areas of the house with care.
Any damage or irregularities must be reported promptly.
Pets are not allowed.
Safety and use of utilities
Please take care when using the gas stove and always ensure it is turned off after use.
Avoid using multiple high-consumption electrical appliances at the same time.
Do not use electrical appliances near water.
In case of malfunction or any unusual situation, we kindly ask you not to intervene directly
and to contact us.
