The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount, to be paid by bank transfer within 3 days of confirmation of availability.
In the event of cancellation at least 8 days before check-in, the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations made within the 7 days prior to check-in, the amount paid is non-refundable.

To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and to preserve the balance of the house and its surroundings, we kindly ask you to read the following rules, which are also available in the house.

Use of the house
The house may be occupied exclusively by guests registered at check-in.
Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted.

Guests may invite external visitors for short visits or dinners, provided that quiet hours are respected and the number of people remains reasonable.

Respect for the house
Smoking inside the property is not permitted.
Lighting fires, fireplaces, or braziers is not allowed, even if present.
Guests are kindly asked to treat furniture, objects, and all areas of the house with care.
Any damage or irregularities must be reported promptly.
Pets are not allowed.
Safety and use of utilities
Please take care when using the gas stove and always ensure it is turned off after use.
Avoid using multiple high-consumption electrical appliances at the same time.
Do not use electrical appliances near water.
In case of malfunction or any unusual situation, we kindly ask you not to intervene directly
and to contact us.
